    What happens after you send your drawing.

    Once your drawing lands, your membrane switch quote moves through a fixed set of steps so you always know what comes next and when to expect it.

    Sample for sign-off

    We build samples to the approved artwork so you can fit them, press the keys and confirm the click feel on your own panel. Sampling typically runs about 2 to 3 weeks.

    Your approval

    You approve the sample as the reference part. That approved sample sets the standard every production unit is measured against.

    STEP 05

    Production

    We run the order on hard tooling, building each panel to match the approved sample for overlay, circuit, tactile feel and tail.

    STEP 06

    Outgoing inspection

    Every batch goes through outgoing inspection (OQC) against your drawing and the approved sample before it ships, with a certificate of conformance on request.

    Do you make samples before a production order?+
    Yes. Once the quote and artwork are agreed we build samples for you to approve, with a rendering and a Pantone color check first. Sample lead time is commonly two to three weeks, then production follows the approved sample.
    Is there a minimum order quantity?+
    Production starts at 50 pieces, and prototypes start at 5. Small medical and instrument runs are fine at that level, and we also handle appliance volumes in the thousands. Tell us your target quantity in the form and we quote the right tooling and unit price for that run.
