Crisvex is a membrane switch specialist in China. We turn your artwork, layout and click feel into sealed, printed control panels for medical, industrial and appliance products, and we make them on our own lines so color, feel and lead times stay consistent.
We are a custom membrane switch maker working from Foshan in Guangdong, China. Membrane switches are the core of what we do: tactile metal-dome and poly-dome keypads, flat non-tactile panels, backlit faces and sealed, wipe-clean fronts, all built from a customer drawing rather than off a shelf.
Around that core we also handle the parts that sit next to a keypad, including graphic overlays, silicone rubber keypads, metal dome arrays, flexible printed circuits and light guide film backlighting. That lets one supplier carry a control panel from artwork through to a finished, tested assembly.

A membrane switch carries the graphics, the keys and the circuit in one laminate. A printed PET or polycarbonate overlay shows your keys, legends and LCD windows; a printed silver circuit or a copper flexible circuit registers each press; a spacer with 3M adhesive sets the contact gap and mounts the panel; and a tactile layer of stainless metal domes or embossed poly domes gives a click at about 200 to 400 gf, or stays flat for a non-tactile face.
From there the build adapts to the product. We add single-point or edge-lit LED backlighting with light guide film, sealed bonded edges for splash and wipe-down environments, LCD windows, EMI shielding, and the tail your housing needs, whether an FPC tail, a ZIF connection, pins or a crimp.
Most projects follow the same path. You send a drawing or spec; we quote; we build samples; you approve the artwork proof and the Pantone color swatch; we lock a sample approval; then we run production and ship with an outgoing quality report. Printing, circuits, dome placement, lamination and die cutting run on our own lines, which keeps color, click feel and contact steady across reorders.
Tooling for a new panel can include screen-print screens, a spacer cutting die, die-cut tooling, dome positioning, a test fixture with its PCB and a printing fixture. We split this into soft tooling for samples and hard tooling for volume, so a low sample run can prove the design before a larger order commits.

We supply OEM and ODM customers who build their own equipment, working with engineers and buyers in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.
Sealed, wipe-clean keypads for monitoring, treatment and rehabilitation equipment.
Tactile metal-dome panels for machinery, controllers, instruments and handheld devices.
Flat or backlit control faces for ovens, boilers and heating equipment, sealed against splashes and steam.
Durable keypads for industrial scales and point-of-sale terminals pressed all day.
Sealed control panels for dispensers, fuelling pumps and metering equipment.
Graphic overlays combined with flexible circuits for in-vehicle and competition electronics.
Membrane switches are the core build, and we make the layers that sit next to them so one supplier carries the whole control panel.
Tactile metal-dome, poly-dome and flat non-tactile panels printed and laminated to your drawing, about 0.5 to 1.0 mm thick.
Second-surface printed PET or polycarbonate faces in gloss, matte or antiglare, with a hard coat, embossed keys and LCD windows.
Round, 4-leg or cross stainless domes from about 2 to 16 mm, about 200 to 400 gf, life up to about 5 million presses.
Printed silver, copper FPC and rigid-flex circuits, plus single-point LED and light guide film backlighting.

Every OEM and ODM project runs through the same steps, so you know what comes next and when.
Send size, layers, tactile feel, backlight, tail and quantity. We review it as a membrane switch specialist and flag anything unclear.
We reply with price, tooling and lead time. Trade terms EXW, FOB, CPT and DDP are all handled.
You sign off the artwork proof and the Pantone color match before anything is cut or printed in volume.
A sample run of about 5 to 50 pcs, ready in about 2 to 3 weeks, sets the standard you approve against.
Printing, circuits, dome placement, lamination and die cutting run on our own lines for steady color and feel.
We check each batch and ship with an outgoing quality report, then stay matched to the approved sample on reorders.

What an engineer or buyer gets from working with a focused membrane switch specialist rather than a general printer.
Share your artwork, sizing and click feel. We recommend the right membrane switch build and quote it as an OEM or ODM project.
